Description

Five flavours, five pouches, one house to discover. This assortment brings together our boiled sweets in their olivette shape and natural hues, violet, lemon, orange, strawberry and pineapple, for a complete tour of Ratti's flavours without having to choose. Each olivette is cooked in small batches, with gestures handed down since 1904, with no artificial colouring. It is the ideal introduction for anyone discovering the house, the welcome gift that never disappoints, or simply the chance to find, in a single gesture, everything Maison Ratti has known how to do for four generations.

Ingredients

Sugar, glucose syrup, citric acid, natural flavourings and plant-based colourings depending on the flavour (violet, lemon, orange, strawberry, pineapple). Gluten free, lactose free, no artificial colouring, no additives.

Allergens

No allergens in the recipe. May contain traces of peanuts and nuts.

Conservation

Store away from heat, light and humidity. Reseal each pouch after opening.

Up to 3 years after production.

What flavors and colorings do you use?

Only natural flavors, and no artificial colors. The taste and color come from the recipe, never from additives.

What is in an assortment?

The Discovery Assortment brings together our five olivette flavours, in 50 g or 100 g pouches. The Signature 1904 Assortment gathers two pouches of boiled sweets of your choice, the almond and peanut chouchous, and a case of 8 lollipops.

How do delivery and shipping work?

Your orders are prepared at the workshop and shipped within a few working days. Delivery is free from €50 in France and from €90 in the European Union.

Do you offer custom sachets for professionals?

Yes, starting from 50 pieces, with a minimum lead time of one month. Customization is always handled via quote, never online. Please contact our professional services department.

How long do your confections keep?

Kept dry and away from heat, our confectionery keeps for several months. The best-before date is indicated on each package.
